The coaching process

  1. Discovery conversation – explore your goals and challenges.
  2. Coach match – pair you with a certified ontology coach.
  3. Programme design – set structure, frequency, and focus areas.
  4. Ongoing coaching – one-to-one sessions with feedback and reflection.

 

Our coaches

All of our coaches are highly experienced executive coaches, many with International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials. In addition, they have completed an Ontological Coaching and Leadership Program — an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) with the ICF.

This combination of professional coaching expertise and advanced ontological training enables our coaches to take their practice to the next level, working at the deeper level of being to create lasting transformation.

  • Understanding what your leadership challenges might be and how you can adapt your approach to manage these, factoring in appropriate support available to you.
  • Being able to work with your team to better understand their working styles, so that you can draw the best out of them, helping the team to perform as a cohesive unit.
Leading teams

Moving into new roles can be daunting and a bit of a minefield. How do we make sure we are focusing on the right things? What should I focus on first? What can I do to make the best impression and transition into my new role as quickly and effectively as possible?

Our coaching programs help you to identify how to be success in these steps and provide you with appropriate support to overcome challenges and make the most of new opportunities.
