Ontological coaching

Ontological Coaching is an extraordinarily powerful methodology for effecting real change at the individual, team and organisational level.
It is highly effective because it is based on a new practical understanding of the power of language, moods and shifts in our physiology to create sustainable change. The programme is not only highly relevant to coaches, it also provides powerful capabilities in the professional fields organisational consulting, management and leadership.
Our program has been granted Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) status by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Leadership development
Format: Bespoke and scheduled leadership courses and workshops
Who for: We work with organisations to develop bespoke courses and our scheduled courses are open to individuals.
Our leadership development programmes are designed to tackle real workplace challenges with a focus on lasting behavioural change. By grounding each programme in ontological principles — language, emotions, and physiology — we go beyond surface-level skills to deliver learning that leaders and teams retain, apply, and embody.
