Before Bali, you complete your Discflow and E.I. Leadership assessments, blending DISC behavioural insight with emotional intelligence, giving you a precise map of your strengths, patterns, and the dimensions where you’ll grow.

Practice in the room.

Immersive, facilitated cohort work with people who’ll tell you the truth. Empathy, inquiry, strategic vulnerability and ontological awareness (language, body and emotion) turned into how you lead on Monday morning.

03 · Perform

Embed the habit.

Three days can open the door, but spaced, contextual practice is what rewires a thirty-year habit. So the work continues long after Bali.

The island’s unhurried pace, warm hospitality and the sound of the Indian Ocean create the conditions for reflection that a city hotel never can. When the nervous system settles, the deeper work of leadership becomes possible.

You’ll learn in a private, light-filled space just steps from the sand, break beside the pool, and return each evening to a calm ocean-view room, so the insights of each day have the room to settle and take root.

  • AccommodationSpecial participant rate USD $157 / night (based on current exchange rates), including daily breakfast and return airport transfers.
  • Minimum stay4 nights, booked at the time of program registration. Accommodation is borne by the participant.
Please note: participants arrange their own return flights to and from Bali (Denpasar, DPS). The special room rate is also available should you wish to extend your stay before or after the program.
